I wish to say that instructions have to be very clear for us idiots.
You will get more customers.
I would do an animated instruction menu like a cartoon.

For now, a technical support guy would be ideal, but I understand that is expensive.

People here use credit cards as an instant temporary loan. Here many people will purchase stuff without much aforethought. If the purchase takes a long time, they go elsewhere.
